SERVICES
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
SAMPLE REPORTS
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

Meet the Inspector
Tiki Johnson
Manifest Home Inspection is a veteran-owned business managed by Tiki Johnson. As a former civil servant, he adopted a client-first approach to inspections; performing timely but thorough inspections, while also providing education. Inspector Tiki received his B.S. in psychology from the University of Central Florida and has recently separated from both his military enlistment and law enforcement career, where he has over ten years of experience in each. Those experiences instilled high value characteristics in Inspector Tiki Johnson such as meticulous attention to detail, time management, integrity, and accountability. As a civil servant he has an affinity for learning and teaching, making him a preferred choice for performing your Home Inspection.
